Upon accepting an offer as a contingent worker or permanent employee, Teamanics will transfer a pending joining bonus to the user’s Teamanics account. Depending on the job’s expected duration, the joining bonus will be redeemable once the candidate works for a specified amount of time. Generally, contingent workers will be eligible to redeem their joining bonus after completing 1 month of the contract job and permanent employees will redeem their joining bonus after 3 months of employment.
